Ok, i really really need a part time job. Im 18 years old and im going to be going to school in the fall so i need money to pay for expenses. So, I was wondering what types of jobs everyone has/had that they liked or didnt mind. Please give me some ideas!!!
oh and i dont want anything thats a fast food joint either. Also, the only job i have had was working at a grocery store, so something other than grocery stores and fast food. thanks!
I am working on some art projects that are going to take a long time and I need a part time job to help with the expenses until my Metal Artwork Projects are done. I’m thinking about majoring in environmental science but I’m not entirely sure what jobs are out there and how difficult it is to find a job despite the recession. I’ve read that the general yearly starting salary is around 40,000, and if anyone could confirm this, that’d be great.

Barack Obama is promising to create more than 600,000 jobs through his 7 billion economic stimulus plan this summer. The president claims his stimulus has created or saved 150,000 jobs so far, but government reports show the economy has lost more than 1.6 million jobs since Congress approved funding for the massive stimulus program in February.

My research indicates that need a job to do – standardly they are used in police work, drug detection, etc. Research also says that if they don’t have a job to do they may release that energy in non-home-friendly ways.
